PRE-LEASE – Committing to a lease or purchase is the single most important decision you will make. We encourage our clients to take advantage of our Pre-Lease services to provide better information in order to make more effective decisions, including programming, test fits, lease evaluation, zoning analysis, building condition survey, ADA compliance, and strategic planning.

ARCHITECTURAL BASIC SERVICES – Once the project is underway, we provide the customary Architectural Basic services including schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration.

SUPPLEMENTAL – Often times, a project requires Supplemental services which may include measured drawings, phasing studies, standards program, furniture specifications, and custom furniture design.

GRAPHICS – To help our clients better visualize the project, we provide Graphic services including graphic design, photography, rendering, and model making.

MANAGEMENT – We offer administrative services including project management, data base management, and attending agency hearings. We also provide inspection services and coordinate multiple efforts for our clients.

CONSULTANT COORDINATION – Most projects require specialty consultants. We coordinate the efforts of structural engineering, MEPS engineering, energy audits, telecommunications, security, acoustical design, audio visual design, lighting design, food service, and signage.
