LEADERSHIP

DENNIS BELFIORE, AIA LEED AP – has thirty plus years in interior renovation and adaptive reuse assignments. Dennis is adept at organizing complex assignments. His previous experience includes HOK as principal, and SOM heading the NY Interiors group. He studied at Pratt Institute earning his B Architecture, and has taught at the School of Visual Arts.

ROBERT WOERTENDYKE – has thirty plus years in Corporate Interior assignments. Robert specializes in integrating both interior and industrial design in his work. His previous experience includes WAAI, as founding and managing principal He studied at the Art Center in Chicago earning his BA in Environmental Design and at Pratt earning his MA in Industrial Design. Robert has taught at the School of Visual Arts and Pratt.

ALEX BELAVITZ, RA – has twenty-five plus years in Architecture and Urban Planning. Alex is resourceful in being able to identify properties and envision realistic projects that he is able to market to developers. His experience includes founding and managing Facility Design. He studied at Pratt earning both his B Architecture and MA in Urban Design.
